A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

She has worked for companies of all types and sizes, such as Sabra Dipping Company, J.P. Morgan Chase, Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, Cadbury Schweppes, The New York Public Library, Experian, The Metropolitan Water District of S. California, ARCO Petroleum, RetroVision Media and more. Kathy has recently started to work as an independent consultant, in pursuit of her vision to create more engaging workplaces (doing her part to help boost the US employee engagement level of 31%), where people are happy to come to work and therefore, are more productive. Kathy is a highly rated facilitator, known for her ability

to capture the attention of an audience during her training presentations. Kathy also provides consulting in organization effectiveness, talent and succession management, team building, coaching and offsite meeting planning and facilitation. Kathy earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the City University of New York at Baruch College and is one thesis paper away from earning her master’s degree in Organizational Management and HR Development from Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY.
